An opportunity to look more in-depth at what's going on for you at the moment, to work on some deeper issues. We can clear energetic or emotional blocks and release feelings of resentment, rejection, shame or guilt. We will determine which beliefs are stopping you from letting go of the past and change them to empowering ones, so you can embrace & love all that you are.

Your SELF-LOVE Day Retreat is uniquely tailored to your specific needs and gives you the time and space to work through a numer of issues.
Weather permitting, we will spend part of the day in nature, which will help you to recharge naturally and ground you at the same time.
I will support your emotional and energetic needs with Energy Clearing and share Intuitive Insights on how to move forward in your life.
For your physical needs I'll provide a delicious and nurturing lunch.
